Do you have items that can be worn as a top that you normally don't think about?

I minored in art history so love art in every form, but the art of fashion is truly fun for me.

If you have followed me for a while, you know I don't get too worked up about holidays.

I love off-should tops but I feel like they are falling off. So I came up with and idea to wear a camisole underneath.

I have really been into blues lately for some reason. Maybe all the blue sky is influencing me here in Arizona.

Johnny Was, just is, everything in my book. I wish everyone could have at least one piece of clothing from the brand. 

It has finally warmed up here in Arizona and I am enjoying it so much! I keep gravitating toward colorful outfits.

The top in the picture is so soft and comfortable and just right for the cool rainy days here in Arizona. 

This cardigan makes me think of the colors of the desert, the sunsets, the cactus flowers when they bloom the colorful plants all around. 

I have admired the brand Karen Kane for a couple of years now, after seeing one of her dresses online. 

Here is an old rule in fashion that I think most people ignore anymore. I was always told not to wear horizontal stripes; it would make me look fat.

I recently discovered a clothing brand called French Connection. Everytime I see the label I conjur up a female spy all dressed in black. 

I was one of those little girls that really did go to my grandmother's attic and dig through her trunk of old clothes to play dress up. 

As a kid and even through my teen years and into adulthood, you would mostly see me wearing jeans, t shirts and sneakers.

I had almost forgotten about the color blue this season. I don't know why because it is a perfect winter color in any climate.
