Boo
Hey Gang! With all that is going on in the world, I doubt any of you have missed this little blog. But it’s been a while since my last post for sure. I just fell off the face of the blogsphere for most of the summer. But guess what? I’m baaaack.
Boo!
I’m back like a bad penny!
I’ll take you around the house a little in these pictures to show you some of my handy work this summer. I painted, painted and painted. Ha ha! I had only painted one wall of my living room a couple of summers ago. And I loved it so much I went on around the room.
I painted my dining room and entry a fabulous “Country Club” green. And that is just the beginning! I painted many other rooms along with creating a back patio garden full of flowers and plants that need daily attention. Something I truly enjoy.
Tell me about your summer! I would love to hear from you!
Now for my look. I haven’t been doing a lot of shopping this summer. It is taking getting used to the shift in my life where I don’t feel like I have much to share in the fashion department. I’m way more relaxed in my daily look (if it could be any more that way). I like loose fitting things, relaxed silhouettes and more functional outfits. I feel very frumpy these days. But hardly even care. As my grandson would say when saw a big truck, “Whoa!”
Jeans . . .
mid rise, baggy my perfect fit.
My top is Free People (old), my jeans are from Nordstrom. My shoes are old by Tory Burch and my bag is also old (Tory Burch). All my jewelry is old too. My belt was purchased last winter from Amazon.
I have this top in two colors because I love it so much. Even though it is several years old you can still find it on Poshmark. The jeans are still available. They run big so I sized down and could have sized down another size. I love the fit so much I have them in this darker wash, the lighter wash and in the black. I wear them almost daily. They are cute with a little heel but also my sneakers.
Thanks for stopping by!
