Bling Jeans

The Scoop

One of my favorite songs of all time is “Big Girls Don’t Cry” by Beyonce. Oh gosh I used to bellow that song out! Ha ha!

So, I’m over the fact that I am 65 and counting. Heck it’s just a number. There are a lot of other things to think about so I’ll focus on the good things and remember how blessed I am.

I was out of pocket for almost a month. I was so busy and always exhausted at the end of the day.

I have been painting more walls, getting in cardio through zone 2 walks every day and just sort of taking care of myself. Or trying. I have been getting all my annual checkups. Had to have a tooth filled. And still must go in for labs in a couple of weeks. I’m working hard to get the best numbers since my ApoB and LDL are too high. My mammogram is coming up too. You know -all the things . . .

We have company coming in a week and I am prepping the guest quarters for their stay. I am excited to plan and prepare a relaxing fun visit!

My Look

Oh gosh I am in love with these jeans! They are from Zara and I usually size up in their jeans. This time it was way too much and they are way too big. But I had to take pictures before I exchange them for my normal size 4. They have beautiful bling in pink!

I wore a shirt I got last year from Kohl’s. It is light pink and cropped. I saw a lady wearing this type of shirt with the front tucked in and the back out and I just loved the silhouette. I have this shirt in a couple of colors and wear them all the time now. Before I wasn’t quite able to style them to my liking.

My bag (Betsy Johnson) is a couple of years old from the Rack and my wedge mules are very old (Born).
