Looking Ahead Spring Fashion Over 50

Distinctive

Characteristic of one person or thing, and so serving to distinguish it from others.

The Scoop

It is much easier getting my Monday post out when I have some photos in the can. I took these pictures yesterday. I adore this casual look. I felt so comfortable and on trend, updated, even cool girl which is harder to feel with each passing year. I know it is a little off the beaten path but that is my favorite way to get to someplace joyful!

My Look

I am wearing Free People barrel jeans, a simple white button down from the Gap (old) and a pair of sandals (it was sunny and upper 60s) from Costco last year. I will be getting more of these sandals this year because they are perfect with this style of jeans.

My bag is basically my everyday bag, it is so cute, goes with everything, is indestructible so I can throw it around and a price that is easy on the pocket (from Amazon). I really piled on the jewelry too which really added to this look! I layered necklaces I had and got out lots of my bracelets and even earrings! I love the length of my hair now for my pig tails. I am trying to not use hot hair tools on it and this style allows me to wash and wear! ha ha!

Create Your Look

Linking same jeans, similar shirts (on sale) same bag (comes in so many color options and 10% off right now) and similar sandals. You can find these sandals everywhere.

I ordered a couple of the Old Navy white shirts to refresh for the season. My old shirts are getting a little worn. I will use my old ones for working around the house when I still want to look pulled together.

Peace!

Thanks for stopping by!
