Split Leg Pants

The Scoop

Our weather is turning a little cooler for a week or so. One day this week the high will only be in the 50s. The sun continues to shine most of the time so if you find a sunny spot you are in heaven.

On the day I edited this post it was pouring down rain. It was my run day so I headed out the door into the rain and very cold day. It reminded me of my days running in the mountains. Sometimes I ran in temperatures in the 30 with snow on the ground and I loved it.

You can see in the pictures below how wet I got by the end of the run, my hair was soaked and I was cold to the bone. But it was still fun. I mean, how often do you get to run in the rain?

My Look

These pants are so fun and comfortable. They are a nice weight fabric and look like nice slacks but they are fitted and very high waisted. They are simple pull on pants too. What I love is the slit up the front. Just a detail that is new and different although I have a pair of jeans from many years ago that have a slit up the front.
