Mussels Arrabbiata For Two
This is a picture of how mine turned out!
The Scoop
I wanted to share this recipe. I have made it before and it is something that is fun to make, delicious and healthy. I must confess I had thought in the past that this would be a difficult recipe since mussels were involved but it turns out they are very easy to cook!
I was able to get fresh mussels and they were wonderful! I cut this recipe in half to serve two and it was tons of food. It didn’t turn out looking exactly like the picture in the recipe but it was still a beautiful dish!
My ingredients!
I used fresh mussels (2lbs) and basically everything the recipe listed was cut in half. I didn’t have black olives so I used Kalamata olives. They are a little salty so I did not salt the dish and it turned out fine.
